Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Toll Road, Severn Bridge

resisting the toll increases on the Severn Bridge and those in the trade have made their usual muted responses.

I would urge all drivers that when they stop at the tolls they go through the following safety procedure: disengage gear; apply the handbrake; produce payment having not prepared it beforehand; place the change in a safe place; prepare to move off, engaging the gear, checking the rear view and releasing the handbrake.

This would cause major disruption to traffic flows without being illegal and would encourage better communication between the industry and the crossing's operator.
