Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• It is reported by Seddon-Deutz Ltd.— the company formed by Seddon and Klock ner-Hum boldt-Deutz of Germany in 1967—that a steady export business to Australia, Africa and South America has been established with a range of chassis built from standard Seddon designs with Deutz engines and German clutches and gearboxes.

Normally the chassis are supplied in c.k.d. form for local assembly and most sold so far have been 14and 16-ton-gross

four-wheelers fitted with either the Deutz air-cooled six in-line 120 bhp diesel or the air-cooled V6 giving either 150 or 170 bhp. A number of bus chassis equipped with these engines and some 22-ton-gross 6 x 4 models have also been sold; the Seddon chassis and cab are modified to accept the Deutz engines.
