LINCOLNSHIRE independent Applebys Coaches, of Conisholme, have launched a three days a week express service between Cleethorpes and London.
It calls at Grimsby, Market Rasen, Lincoln, Sleaford, Bourne, and Peterborough, and has a five-hour running time. There is a 25 per cent discount for day return journeys.
The service began on November 28, using Plaxton-bodied Bedfords, but Plaxton-bodied Leyland B43s have been ordered for use next year. They will have reclining seats and double-glazing.
