Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FESTIVE joy has broken out at Seddon Atkinson which restarts three-day working at its factories next month.

The company has been reduced to one-day production at its Oldham and Bamber Bridge plants since the autumn, but reports increased sales, and claims to have orders for around 100 of its new 401 top-weight tractive unit.

Around 1,600 of its 2,000 workforce have been on shorttime working, although such areas as its parts centre have continued on a five-day week.

At Leyland Vehicles, the Guy factory at Wolverhampton is still working a five-day week with some overtime, as its production is concentrated solely on Landtrain lorry and Victory bus ex ort models.
