1. I REFER to your article on p23 of your November 22 issue relating to first-aid boxes on psv.
2. May I point out that the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 1980 state, in effect, that first-aid equipment is required to be carried only on a vehicle being used as an express or contract carriage.
3. I would further point out that there does not appear to be any requirement to incorporate a first-aid leaflet in the box.
