Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• AA Aidpoints are to be established throughout Britain to provide drivers with information and assistance. This new scheme has been agreed following talks between the AA and the Motor Agents Association, as a result of which the MAA has withdrawn its opposition to the "spanners" garage grading scheme and is leaving it up to members whether or not they join this scheme.

The AA garage grading scheme will go ahead as planned, based on inspection of the premises and equipment provided: the Aidpoints will not be inspected and graded but will display a special AA sign.
