• The Vehicle Builders and Repairers Association (VBRA) has launched the second in its series of training videos. The 17-minute video, Mixing and Matching, concentrates on identifying a vehicle colour, and accurately mixing paint to give an accurate match.

The video covers solid colours, clear over base solid colours, single coat metallics, clear over base metallics and pearlescents, as well as the various types of paint available. The first training video pro duced by the VBRA is called Priming and Preparation, and the fifth in the series, which is scheduled to appear before the end of the year, will be about repairing and refinishing commercial vehicles.
