Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AUSTRALIA'S market leader in trucks, International Harvester, is to sell Seddon Atkinson trucks alongside its own designs.

An £800,000 order has been placed with the Oldham company for a pilot quantity of 52 vehicles. All the vehicles will be 400 series tractive units.

When they were introduced just over a year ago, the trucks had already been designed to comply with Australia as well as EEC regulations. Since then, they have undergone evaluation at IH's research facilities in the USA as well as in Australia.

The first ones will be shipped out this month in kit form for assembly near Melbourne. The power unit is the Cummins 238kW (320 bhp) option.
