Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new air-pressure operated tipping-gear control is to be featured by Edbro Ltd. at the Scottish Motor Show in November. The selector-valve control unit consists of a short lever with a sprung plastics collar which prevents accidental operation of the tipping gear as well as reducing the effort required to operate, and simplifying the fitting of tipping assemblies.

The first application of the new control is to a vehicle exhibited at the Frankfurt Show on the stand of Edbro's Continental associate. It is located along the dashboard next to the control for the power take-off. The unit incorporates a neutral "hold" position as well as "tipand -lower" and has a safety feature in that the valve automatically goes into neutral and stops movement of the body in the event of an air-type failure.
