TWO of Britain's leading bus and coach builders Leyland and Plaxtons are mounting sales attacks on the mainland European marker.

Leyland Bus is finalising plans to launch its Lynx single-deck city bus and Tiger coach chassis into Belgium. • Once it has established the models in Belgium, it hopes to 'widen its market in West. Europe: .

The company hopes to reverse the imbalance between coach body .imports front the Netherlands to Britain from manufacturers such as .ticrkhof and Bova.
