Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Metropolitan Police has published its coach-parking arrangements for the Oxford Street and Regent Street illuminations in London this Christmas.

As well as the usual setting down/picking up point on the northbound carriageway of Park Lane, extra ones are to be provided in Baker Street and Horseguards Avenue. Signs on the lamposts will indicate these.

Once passengers have been set down the coaches must go to the usual off-street parking areas or to a special temporary coach park on the north side of North Carriage Drive, Hyde Park. To use this a permit will be required, obtainable in advance from the Superintendent of Royal Parks, Store Yard, Hyde Park, London W2, and costing E1 per coach. Any other inquiries about coach parking facilities in London can be answered by the Metropolitan Police Coach Advisory Service, Room 618, Tintagel House, Albert Embankment. London SE1 7TT.

The illuminations will be switched on between November 14 and January 5, 1980.
