Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A PRIVATELY-OWNED transport firm with depots in Liverpool and Northern Ireland, and which started with a £40 lorry, has been sold to the Australian Public Transport Company.

The Sayer Transport Group has just been sold for £3.5m in one of the biggest deals ever undertaken by the APTC. The company — which employs more than 60 people on Merseyside and in Northern Ireland — was initiated by Ian Sayer 12 years ago.

Mr Sayer made just £92 profit in his first year's trading. Last year the company, which now has 40 vehicles, made £500,000 profit.

The firm's new owners say the jobs of all 85 staff will be safe. "We intend to continue the expansion which will mean taking on more staff when needed," said a spokesman.
