. that as of Noveniber 1 it is to cease requiring transportation authorization for certain loads crOSsing the Frerich border from other member countries of the Common Market, The liberalization concerns certain journeys to and from airfields, the carriage of luggage in trailers behind private cars, postal transport and the transport of damaged vehicles, sewage, dead animals (for destruction), bees and seedfish, as well as funeral transport.
