Diversions taking tra• around the construction E will last until summer 1985, traffic will not be able to use interchange to cross from M4 to M25 and vice versa spring 1986.
The new interchange will half way between Junctions i and five. Eastbound traffic be routed on to a new carrk way on Saturday, Decembe and westbound traffic the SE day after.
Each diverted carriageway have three lanes and a near hard shoulder. Speed limit 50mph and 40mph will be in tion, and coaches and cars t ing caravans will be ban from the outside lane to allc freer flow of traffic.
