Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

1 Follow directions to

the freight toll booths.

2 At the toll booth pay with Le Shuttle's Rapid Service Pass, fuel or credit card, cash or cheque. 3 Either go straight to frontier controls, where British and French controls are cleared on departure. Or go to the freight services building, where there is duty free, a restaurant, money exchange, phones and faxes.

4 If you have not already done so, go through frontier controls. 5 Head towards the allocation area before loading.

6 Make your way down a loading bridge on to the platform.

7 Drive on to the loading wagon and into the carrier wagon. 8 Drive through to the next available carrier and park, switch off your truck engine and put your tachograph to rest. Plug in points are available if you need them. And Eurotunnel staff will chock your unit. 9 Go to the club car for the journey. 10 On arrival return to your truck and drive out of the shuttle, up the loading ramp and on to the exit road.
