Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Turbo 2, the first of a new range of batteries for trucks being introduced this year by CBS Batteries, "is very definitely not just another slick product name," says the firm, "but an entirely new concept in battery engineering".

The launch coincides with the diamond jubilee of CBS, Britain's leading independent battery manufacturer.

The firm says it has taken a fresh look at battery design and technology. "Turbo 2 incorporates the very latest enveloping technology for lead plate separation," it says. "This breakthrough in technology has allowed other technical changes to be made, which combined, have led to a highly advanced specification being achieved throughout the new range." There is a three-year warranty.

Turbo 2 is aimed for fitting to the majority of British and imported commercial vehicles.

The terminal posts on most Turbo 2 batteries have been repositioned in the centre of the battery lid so that a wider range of vehicles can now be fitted from a single battery type.

The battery has a flat surface area for easier stacking by garages and stockists. Handles fit into the lid when not in use. It is also low maintenance — conforming to BS 3911 (1987). CBS, says the company, is the only battery manufacturer in Britain to be approved to the British Standards Institute BS5750 level of Quality Assurance across its entire range of products.
