THE third International Con: ference and Exhibition on Marine Transport using Rollon/Roll-off Methods will be held in Hamburg on July 4-6.
J. Penissard of the International Road Transport Union's Department of Economic Affairs will present a paper on the IRU's involvement in ro-ro operation.
This will deal with the nature of the TIR convention and will look at various aspects of international road transport, Including ro-ro operations.
The Road Transport Industry Training Board has approved the conference for training grant for two days at the rate appropriate to the delegates' status.
