(1) The figure of £.200 — £400 is an -annual membership fee" payable to CGI for the privilege of being given cover. The premiums are not yet known, but it is understood that they are likely to vary according to the credit-worthiness of each company.
(2) As far as I know, the date of January 1, 1979 is the starting date and no further postponement is envisaged at this stage.
(3) As I recall it, Tony Richman said he feared the break-up of the overseas membership of BAR. Name and address supplied.
