Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NE'W organization which will have PA available a total fleet of about 450 vehicles is to be put into action by the Hargreaves group of companies at the beginning of next month. The title will be Hargreaves Transport Ltd. and it will comprise two sections, the Smith and Robinson tanker div;sion and Hargreaves tipper division.

The operations formally carried on by the group company, Fred Chappell Ltd., are being merged with those of the two fleets mentioned and the use of the name of Chappell will be discontinued. Mr. Herbert Robinson is to be managing director of the new company and will be based at the group headquarters, Bowciiffe Hall, Bramham, nr. Boston Spa, Yorks. Mr. Alan Mansfield is to be ass:stant managing director and executive director. The chairman is Mr. G. D. Lavers.

Mr. H. H. Clarke will continue in charge of the Manchester area, becoming director and general manager there with responsibility for the western interest of the transport company. Mr. F. H. Howell becomes director and general manager of the tipper division. The eastern interest of the company will come under Mr. John Stokoe, also as a director and general manager.
