Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Road tolls are progressively rolling out across the country with already some in place on strategic routes, for instance £13 for the Severn Crossing or that on the Dartford crossing where cash users cant get a receipt without hassle. I suggest all hauliers take a leaf from other businesses, such as funeral directors, and charge 'disbursements' on top of the rate for the jobs. Why absorb these charges? Pass them onto the customer on the invoice as a separate item so he can see where his money has gone!
