The RingTrack Trailer Management Unit provides accuracy down to 50m using phone cell location or down to 1m using an RF beacon. Users access a website for a list of trailers and locations; software is also available to allow mapbased PC presentations.
It can detect trailer movement and time, and contains an anti-tamper alarm. There is a &495 one-off charge, plus ,i60 a year for daily position reports.
