Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Sadly we smaller operators have to rely on the big boys to fight our expensive battle against the London Lorry Ban. The LBTS has survived for far too many years, despite being at best just plain daft. Our trac associations have failed to sto it or even get common sense applied in this matter.

Meanwhile most opera= keep on paying up as the "leas worst option". No doubt the nocturnal anorak LBTS lorry spotters, if not sitting by the roadside with their flasks of tea, tour London's council buildings boasting of their court triumphs!
