Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MANOR Bakeries Ltd, makers of Mr Kipling cakes, has completed the installation of two-tier Hydraroll Pneumatic Roller Tracks in all of its 38 food box trailers.

Palletised boxes of cakes, weighing about 450 lbs each, are loaded in four lines of track, double-banked to take advantage of full trailer height.

With former methods of loading, using live rollers, the load was damaged due to ineffective restraint during transit.

Hydraroll tracks, operated by simple controls fitted to the trailer, are powered by compressed air allowing free movement of the pallets. Once the air pressure is released the rollers retract, leaving the pallets sitting firmly on the track.

Hydraroll Pneumatic Roller Tracks, an all-British invention manufactured at Gaerwen Industrial Estate, Anglesey, Gwynedd, are said to have reduced maintenance of pallets, rollers and the trailers — in addition to preserving the quality of Mr Kipling cakes.
