• A PI on 6 February will look at a variation application from Focus Transport, based in Leigh. Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will be on the agenda.
• Rochdale-based GPT Logistics is to submit a variation application on 13 February. The TC will also consider disciplinary action against the company.
• Rochdale-based Apex Logistics (UK) will make a new application on 13 February.
Welshpool
• Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager at Caernarfon-based Wm O’Grady Haulage and Plant Hire will be considered at a PI on 1 February. On the same day a new interim licence application from related firm Gwynedd Skip and Plant Hire, as well as the transport manager’s repute, will be looked at.
• On 1 February, a PI will look at a new application from Newportbased Aaron Logistics.
• The TC will look at disciplinary action against EDM Pallet Services, based in Wrexham, on 1 February.
