A Till X1<. DRIVER who caused a mother-of-two's death when he made a "dangerous" overtaking manoeuvre has won a reduction in his"manifestly excessive-jail term. Wayne Eccleston of Settle, North Yorks, had pleaded guilty to causing the death of Stephanie Walsh and jailed for 31/2 vcars.This week judges reduced his sentence to 21/2 years on the grounds that he had pleaded guilty.
