• It is clearly worthwhile using a top-lubricating oil additive with today's petrols, says Neoval Oil.
"Although specifications and standards do exist for engine petrols, they generally represent only minimum requirements," says the company. "A number of important properties are not even mentioned, such as: keeping carburettors, injection nozzles, inlet valves, pistons and sparking plugs clean. Nor do the standards contain anything binding on carburettor icing or protection against rust and corrosion in the entire fuel system. Furthermore, the introduction of unleaded petrol, though admirable from the pollution standpoint, has eliminated a certain lubricated effect."
The firm says, that its fuel additive, NeovaMil Rubin G-8 is an extremely pure additive oil that: 1, cleans entire the fuel system; 2, lowers fuel consumption; 3, cuts down polluting exhaust gas levels; 4, replaces the lubricating effect lost by eliminating lead; 5, lowers the engine temperature and reduces wear: 6, enables engines to run more quietly; and 7, lowers maintainence and servicing costs.
