Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WRECKERS International of Hertford has introduced a new light wrecker called the Bulldog 2.

It is a single-boom 12 or 24V electric wrecker suitable for fitting to a Land-Rover or Ford Transit type chassis cab. The unit is as light as possible for a given strength, to give maximum lift and tow capacity within the vehicle's rear axle capability.

Wreckers International can supply the Bulldog 2 in three forms; as a complete unit, in kit form, or installed on the customer's own chassis with a purpose-built body incorporating lockers.
