Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

STUDENTS of schools of art and design throughout Britain are being invited by the Road Haulage Association to take part in a competition with a first prize of 100 guineas for the design of a suitable symbol for the road haulage industry. Other prizes totalling 50gns will be awarded. The latest date for receipt of entries will be April 16.

The RHA says that for some time it has felt that some means should be found by which the public could easily recognize the vehicles of professional hauliers.

Three distinguished designers, Mr. Abram Games, Mr. F. H. K. Henrion and Mr. Herbert Spencer have agreed to serve on the panel of judges for the competition. The remaining members will be Mr. E. J. Barber, chairman, public relations committee, RHA; Mr. D. 0. Good, a former national chairman of the RHA who is also a member of the committee; and Mr. F. R. Lyon, public relations officer, RHA.
