Riverside Distribution and its director I Varney were appealing against the decision by S Eastern & Metropolitan Traffic Commissioner C topher Heaps. Neither the company nor Varne peared before the Tribunal.
The TC had rejected the application on the gm that either Varney personally or the companj continued to operate vehicles following the co tion of an associated company for operating wii an 0-licence and the refusal to grant Rive interim authority.
