Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Dover-based international operator Mike Beer has asked CM to point out that it is the UK police and not the Dutch which are stopping trucks to check tachographs and nights-out rules following the company's

deolsion to flag out to the Netherlands.

None of his vehicles has ever been stopped by Dutch police. We are happy to set the record straight and apologise for the confusion.
