Yearbook was published on January 4, your reviewer's comments on the Admission to the Occupation section need to be put into perspective.
It is true that the Admission to the Occupation page was overtaken, by events, at the laE minute. But of course, one of the benefits of FTA membership is the monthly updating on the legislative fror provided by 'Freight'.
