Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EUROPEAN SUPPLY chain specialist Wincanton has won a three-year contract with electronics retailer Comet on its National Transport Network.

Wincanton will take over Comet's transport operations from its Skelmersdale, Corby, Westbury. Harlow and Bellshill bases — it has been running the Harlow and Westbury sites in partnership with Comet for the past six years.

As part of the deal, 150 Comet staff will transfer to Wincanton from 1July. A Wincanton spokesman says: "No jobs are being lost in the process; if anything, it may create new jobs."
