Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Always a busy day for skip haulage. A colleague rings from Birmingham to report a Daf unit with starter motor failure. It's very rare for us to need Oaf Aid but when we do, boy, do they perform. All it takes is one phone call at about 09:30hrs and by 10:40hrs the vehicle is back on the road. I would challenge anyone to beat Oaf Aid for service!

By dinner time on a Friday we have what we call the "weekenders". These are the customers who suddenly realise that mother-in-law, sister, auntie, vicar, granny, or the Queen is coming to stay and the skip is in the way and "must" go and we "must" move it immediately. And because the customer is always right my guys pull out all the stops and we always manage to please them. I look forward to tomorrow which is my favourite day as I get to go out and about, keeping my hand in seeing some of the customers.

Would I do any other job? No way! How many people get to do ajob they enjoy with people they like, where every day is different? I was once told that haulage isn't a job, it's a hereditary disease. Guess what? My 12-year-old son, the fourth generation of this family business, has got a bad case of it! He'll also be here tomorrow helping out and !earning his trade with all the eagerness of someone born into this lifestyle.
