Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Central Motor Auctions' Glasgow centre has been reopened following a £1. 7m refurbishment.

The Glasgow centre is part of a massive expansion and development programme at CMA which includes the opening of a new £10m centre in Wimbledon, South London on 31 October.

The new Glasgow complex caters for the regular sale of commercial vehicles and plant.

The first sale in the new heavy commercial auction hall will take place on Wednesday 7 November and every first Wednesday of each month after that.

"It will be the first drivethrough heavy commercial sale in Scotland," says Billy Scorgie, CMA's Glasgow manager.

The Wimbledon opening is the result of the relocation of CMA's Mitcham site. The purpose-built, three-storey complex at Plough lane will offer only light commercials.
