• Transport Minister Roger Freeman has asked for industry feedback on problems facing London's bus and coach operators.
The move follows a trip, organised by the Bus and Coach Council, to show the minister the lack of parking and other problems operators have to contend with in the capital.
After the tour around London, Freeman drew up a list of about 20 problems. But he is now asking for comments on four major points: parking around Buckingham Palace and Victoria Coach Station; off and on-street parking in the capital; the code of conduct of bus and coach operators; and companies which run London tours.
