Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Cheaper Tadchurch

• Tadchurch has slashed the price of its rubber suspension when fitted as original equipment by chassis manufacturers. This benefits Leyland and Volvo, who both fit Tadchurch as an option.

Volvo is reducing the price of the Tadchurch suspension option on its 'B-ride' FL7 6x4 and 8X4 chassis and FL10 8x 4 chassis from "around 24,000" to 21,875, retail.

Said a Leyland spokesman: "In the light of the Tadchurch move we are reconsidering the price of the rubber suspension option." This affects only the Constructor 6x4; the Constructor 8x4 has Norde suspension as its rubber option.

New Cftreen

• Citroen announced at the Motor Show that it would be importing its Citroen-badged version of the SEVEL-built panel van, already here in the Talbot Express and Fiat Ducat° versions.

The CitrOen C25 will not arrive in the UK until early next year but Citroen has already released the prices. The model designation indicates the nominal payload. Prices exclude VAT.
