Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NORTH ATLANTIC operator CAST has opened a new container trucking terminal at Antwerp, as a European base for its Blue Box services to and from Canada and the United States.

Located on the Bellestraat near CAST's regular berth at the Hessenatie terminal, the new 10,000sqm terminal offers paved parking space for 150 container chassis, plus a four-bay vehicle maintenance shop, facilities for drivers and mechanics, and 250sqm of office space.

It will play a vital role as part of CAST's US programme to double capacity of its North Atlantic shipping and support services by mid-1983.

The terminal has been commissioned for CAST Transportation NV, the Group company with responsibility for owned container trucking operations throughout Europe.

CAST Transportation NV now operates a fleet of 25 Ford Trascontinental tractive units and 72 container chassis.
