Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Ahh, isn't it lovely—a blushing bride and groom about to set out on life's journey together. Shame about the dustcart in the background, you might think. But you'd be wrong, When she plighted her troth to binman Tony Apps, Bernadette Hawkins actually chose the dustcart to get her to the church (or in this case Woolwich Town Hall, in South-Fast London) on time.

"I thought I'd like something clEfferent...distinctive." she explains. For the past couple of years Tony has been driving a refuse collection rig as part of Greenwich Council's refuse collec tion team; his workmates made sure his wedding transport was looking its best on the big day. The cart, cleaned from top to bottom, was suitably bedecked with ribbons and balloons. Come to think of it, the wagon could have been handy for disposing of the empties after the reception... which is more than could be said for a boring white limo.

The Hawk's best wishes to the happy couple— and my compliments to Tony on tying the knot with a lady who obviously appreciates classy transportwhen she sees it.
