THE EASTERN Traffic Commissioners have warned Lunar Module to stick to its road service licence conditions for its minibus service in central Luton.
The United Counties Omnibus Company unsuccessfully opposed an application to extend the service, saying that the company was not abiding by the licence conditions.
In granting the application, conditional upon the additional picking up points being agreed with the Luton borough engineer, the Commissioners noted that Lunar Module had not been prosecuted nor were any proceedings pending over alleged breaches of the licence conditions.
