Guest Speakers: Mr. W. P. James, West Midland Licensing Authority, and Mr. S. C. Bond, president of the Traders' Road Transport Association, will be guest speakers at the annual meeting of the West Midland Division of the T.R.T.A., which will be held at the White Horse Hotel, Congreve Street, Birmingham, on April 11 at 2.15 p.m.
