Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Buster is a simple, low-cost hand tool for breaking all types of pneumatic tyre beads. In the past year MAN and Mercedes-Benz have both introduced a new design of 22.5x8.25 EVA wheel, registered with ETRTO, which incorporates a safety hump as part of the rim design. This has been causing problems for tyre fitters—but not any more, according to the manufacturer of Bead Buster. The unit is inserted between the deflated tyre and the rim flange and locked into place. By cranking the Bead Buster mechanism with a I/2in-drive ratchet wrench, the tyre is forced away from the rim. This operation is repeated around the rim until the tyre slips over the hump, speeding up tyre removal. The Bead Buster is NATO-approved.
