UNT1RE confirmation of the British I—, Road Federation evidence concerning C-licence operation and its advantages —that was how the BRF saw the Geddes Report. It welcomed the conclusion that
there is little inefficiency in C-licensed operation and endorsed the view about safe standards for vehicles.
