• A steel HGV suspension system — claimed to be 10% less stressful on roads than conventional steel springs — is to be launched later this year.
Developer Tinsley Bridge of Sheffield is talking to most of the truck manufacturers. "We're trying to come up with a road friendly suspension to compete with air," says the company.
