• Taillift manufacturer Ratcliff has launched an all-year-round nationwide service and repair operation.
The service, calied 24-366, will be available every day of the year as a joint effort between Ratcliff and its slimmed-down network of 41 service agents; it is designed to provide a 60minute response time.
Sales director Vic Martin says Ratcliff plans to eventually double its network of agents to further improve the service. Customers can choose a tailormade maintenance contract or can simply pay for the service when it is required. Ratclff has set up a freephone breakdown number, 080 BOO 24365.
