THE Northern Scotland Traffic Cornmissioners have granted permission to Messrs. John Lee and Son, Rothbury, Northumberland, to run tours to various parts of Scotland, provided that in Scotland the speed of the buses did not exceed 25 m.p.h. Similar permission was given to Elliot Brothers (Bournemouth), Ltd., and other _operators.
