NBC London Country bus companies, has been sold to Drawlane, a Salisbury-based company which already owns Shamrock and Rambler in Bournemouth and Midland Red North. Drawlane is part of the Endless Holdings group which recently acquired East Lancs Coachbuilders. Drawlane intends to retain London Country South West's mangement team under managing director Colin Clubb, and there are plans to introduce a profit sharing scheme for the company's 1,250 employees. London Country South West operates 410 buses, coaches and minibuses from Reigate and eight other garages. Its operation include local bus routes throughout Surrey, parts of West Sussex and London, where it provides services under contract to London Regional Transport.
