• API on 2 May will discuss disciplinary action against Digby Plant based in Caldicot. The TO will also consider the repute of the transport manager at the firm.
Warrington • RJ Nightingale, based in Liverpool, will submit a variation application at an inquiry on 29 April. Also up for consideration will be disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager.
• An inquiry on 29 April will consider disciplinary action against Rightway Cash and Carry, in Blackburn.
• Manchester-based Cornbrook Metal Recycling will make a variation application at a PI on 30 April. Disciplinary action will also be discussed at the hearing.
• The TO will consider disciplinary action against Penrith-based G Lund, as well as the repute of the transport manager, at a hearing on 2 May.
• Stephen Evans, based in Widnes, will make a variation application at a PI on 2 May. Disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be on the agenda.
• Disciplinary action against Liverpool-based JB Asphalt will be considered by the TO at a hearing to be held on 7 May.
