Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A leading coach dealer with whom I was chatting last week is expecting a late boom in new and used vehicles. While the general climate is keeping demand down just now, he reckons that once operators start to get complaints from regular tour parties about the familiarity of the older coaches they are offered, they'll be changing coaches faster than anyone would believe now.

My friend is betting on late June for this boom and is building up a stock of 100 or so new coaches. The better-class secondhand vehicles replaced by these newcomers will be snapped up quickly. The chassis supply seems finally to have caught up with new-vehicle demand and in any case it could make sense to buy now :

hear that one well-known chassis maker is expecting a 30 per cent increase from the beginning of May.
