of vehicles and would like to obtain CM's guidance on several points. These are:— If there is no load for any certain vehicle, must a log sheet be made out for that day? If! install my own diesel tank, what records, if any, am I obliged to keep ?
Should I keep records of diesel used per vehicle and mileage covered?
Also, as I have recently acquired a 4--ton van, taxed as "goods", do I need a C licence and a daily log sheet? And if this van is driven by several different people during the day, will each one need to fill in a log sheet?
One last point: am I required to have the name of the firm and address painted on the van ?
