• In view al the improvements made to its maintenance facilities since April no action was taken
against J. White and Co. (T.D.E.) Ltd. when the
company appeared at a Section 178 inquiry in Leeds last week. The Yorkshire deputy LA, Mr. M. Gosnay, was satisfied that suffidient concern had been shown. Mr J. White. a director, said that since a fleet inspection in April 1969 when four GV9s were issued, improvements on maintenance facilities had been made and weekly vehicle checks introduced.
